Four layers of Madagascan Vanilla pod sponge, filled with a fresh raspberry jam and a smooth white chocolate ganache. Covered in a light Suisse meringue buttercream icing. Topped with dripping white chocolate ganache and a Belgian chocolate cage filled with fresh raspberries.
