Flour is the result of a love for patisserie and many devoted hours in the kitchen, creating the ultimate combination of flavours. Tried, tested and inspired by the best of classic French and British.

Kirstie Taylor (Founder) has always been obsessed with attention to detail. Starting out as a photographer she soon took her creative eye to baking, using every ounce of her free time to conjure up delicious, elegant bakes.

After achieving a degree in Fashion Photography, Kirstie decided to develop her baking knowledge at Le Cordon Bleu, London, where she studied Patisserie whilst developing the Flour menu. Which is now available for your tasting.

You can now find Kirstie and her creative team inside the Flour patisserie shop at 90 Central Market, Beresford Street, St.Helier, Jersey. Stocked up with a full range of freshly baked cupcakes, pop by and grab your favourites!
